Selgate Healthcare Sdn Bhd today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Jovian Pharma Sdn Bhd in which the parties intend to collaborate in the rebranding of Selcare Pharmacy and Jovian Pharma as well as strengthening its business development, the e-commerce platform and product development.
Through this venture, both parties can now expand their professional pharmacy care, as well as high-quality and affordable health and personal care offerings to benefit Malaysian consumers. Herewith, Selgate Healthcare and Jovian Pharma aim to be premier players in the nation’s pharmaceutical and healthcare retail industry.
