26 February 2026 – SELGATE successfully hosted its inaugural Group Townhall 2026 at Auditorium Dato’ Seri Harun Idris, PKNS Headquarters. This marks a meaningful milestone in our corporate journey.
The session gathered team members from across SELGATE, creating an important platform for connection, engagement, and alignment. Beyond sharing updates, the Townhall reaffirmed our collective purpose and strengthened our commitment to ensuring that our organisational goals and strategic priorities are clearly understood and embraced at every level. Alignment is key to driving sustainable growth, and this gathering reinforced our shared direction as one team.
In the keynote address delivered by SELGATE’s GCEO, YBhg Dato’ Noor Hisham Mohd Ghouth, emphasis was placed on the significance of nurturing a healthy and high-performing work culture. Echoing Peter Drucker’s well-known quote, “Culture eats strategy for breakfast,” the message was clear, while strategies set the course, it is our culture, values, and daily actions that determine how far we go. As a Group, we remain steadfast in cultivating a workplace grounded in integrity, accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
The Townhall also provided a valuable opportunity for open dialogue. The insightful questions, constructive feedback, and thoughtful ideas shared by the staff were greatly appreciated. Such engagement reflects a strong sense of ownership and reinforces SELGATE’s belief that progress is best achieved collectively.
