Noor Hisham has vast experience in the property development business having spent more than 20 years leading the corporate, audit, accounting and finance department in PKNS. Early on in his career, Noor Hisham was attached to one of the world's leading audit and public accounting firm - KPMG Peat Marwick Desa Megat & Co (1992-1994). He then began his career with PKNS as an accountant from 1994 to 1996. He was then promoted to Financial Controller at PKNS Infra Berhad, a subsidiaray of PKNS. In 1999, Noor Hisham was transferred back to PKNS as Assistant Chief Accountant. He was then promoted to Chief Internal Auditor where he served from 2006 to 2008. His experience in diverse divisions and operating units led him to be appointed as the Corporate Manager of PKNS. He served this challenging business role from 2008 to 2015.

He has more than two decades of experience in healthcare management, property development and public relations with extensive tenures at KPJ Healthcare, Oxley Holdings (Singapore), Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) and KRA Group.
Dr Muaz leads SELGATE Healthcare with total assets worth more than RM250 million. SELGATE will be operating more than 10 hospitals in the next decade. The group currently owns a chain of GP, pharmacy and dental clinics nationwide, a Labuan-based insurance company and an MCO/BPO company.
He developed Skim Insurans Peduli Sihat, the first universal healthcare scheme in Malaysia for the B40 group in Selangor with an initial budget of RM125 million. Similar schemes are being implemented in Perak, Kedah and Terengganu.
Under his stewardship, SELGATE Hospitals are being developed in Rawang, Sepang, Setia Alam, Johor Bahru, Mont Kiara, Shah Alam and Kuala Selangor. SELGATE will be managing some 1,000 hospital beds within the next 10 years.

Started his career in Finance and Internal Audit Department of Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS) and gained 20 years of experienced. He was secondment at PKNS subsidiary company, PKNS Infra Berhad from 1993 to 1994 and Ligamas Sdn Bhd from 1996 to 1997. After successfully managing the finance function, he was promoted as an Accountant in PKNS Holdings Sdn Bhd (now known as Selgate Corporation Sdn Bhd) in 2010. He served wider role in SELGATE as Group General Manager Admin and Finance from 2016 until now.

He holds a Bachelor Degree of Accounting from Universiti of Teknologi MARA and he is a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountant (“MIA”). In 2017 he was trained in Healthcare Project Management at Harvard University Boston, USA.
He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Selgate Healthcare Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Selgate Corporation with total assets worth more then RM250mil with responsibility for tax, regulatory reporting, financial accounting, management reporting, business finance advisory and financial planning.
Azfizam has over 15 years of audit and investment banking experience, covering project finance, M&A Advisory, Audit and Risk Management. Previously, he was the Director of Project Finance CIMB Investment Bank for 11 year. Prior to joining CIMB, he was the Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers Kuala Lumpur.

He began his career in legal practice as a commercial and civil litigator for 6 years. In the course of his litigation career, he was involved in several cases before the Malaysian Courts dealing with legal issues pertaining to banking law, land law, industrial relations law and matrimonial law.
He subsequently ventured into an Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning contracts under the legal team of a Public Listed Company, Kencana Petroleum Berhad and a Private Limited Company, Max Energy Sdn Bhd both in the industry of Oil and Gas.
His expertise spans in 2010 upon joining the Selangor Foundation as Head of Legal specialising in education and properties matter. He is principally involved in advising the management and Board of Trustees for all legal issues related to Selangor Foundation as well as liaising with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commissioner for preventive measures against corruption.
Currently, Mohd Fauzi Ibni Hajar is a General Manager for Legal, Compliance & Integrity of SELGATE Corporation Sdn Bhd and also a Certified Integrity Officer for private sector certified by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission in 2017. Contemporaneously he is the Chief Executive Officer of PKNS-Andaman Development Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of SELGATE Corporation Sdn Bhd. It is under his navigation that the company functions in a legal and ethical manner while meeting the business goals.

He has over 23 years of experience in corporate strategy, corporate planning, project management and financial operations across different industries encompassing financial technology and financial services, payment systems, media, plantations and audit firms.
Prior to joining Selgate Healthcare, Tengku Iesta served in Payments Network Malaysia (PayNet) where he led the finance and administration functions. As Director of Finance, Tengku Iesta advised on the business and operational strategies of PayNet’s products and businesses inclusive of marketing and promotion and also addressed organisational issues and effectiveness.
Prior to joining PayNet, Tengku Iesta served in Media Prima, where he was involved in setting up and leading turnaround exercises for television channels and entertainment portals. At Media Prima, Tengku Iesta also produced award winning movies, and led front line content sales and distribution teams. His responsibilities spanned television channels, radio stations, print, online portals, content production and marketing and distribution, digital marketing as well as event management.
Prior to Media Prima, Tengku Iesta worked in Maybank Investment Berhad with responsibilities in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, as well as corporate restructuring and transformation. He started his career as an auditor with BDO Simpson Xavier and Grant Thornton in Ireland where he spent 4 years in audit and business assurance.
Tengku Iesta holds a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) in Accounting & Finance from De Montfort University, Leicester, United Kingdom. He is also a Fellow Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland (“FCA ICAI”) and a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (“MIA”).
