22 May 2026 – SELGATE made history in the healthcare landscape of Selangor when the Officiating Ceremony of Selgate Specialist Hospital Rawang took place, which was officiated by YAB Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari, Dato’ Menteri Besar of Selangor.
What is being witnessed today is not just the opening of a hospital but the manifestation of a long-term vision that began in 2015 — to build a more comprehensive, modern, and easily accessible healthcare ecosystem for the people of Selangor.
From health protection, clinics, diagnostics, pharmacies, digital health to specialist hospitals, SELGATE continues to grow as an ecosystem that complements each other to provide a better healthcare experience to the community.
Selgate Specialist Hospital Rawang currently houses over 20 specialist doctors covering over 30 specialties and sub-specialties, including Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics, and General Surgery, in addition to being equipped with modern facilities such as a Cath Lab to speed up heart-related treatment more efficiently.
The presence of this hospital is expected to help strengthen access to quality specialist treatment, especially for communities in Rawang and the rapidly growing northern corridor of Selangor.
With the construction of the hospital in Sepang, which will follow in the fourth quarter of this year, as well as future plans in Setia Alam, SELGATE in the first quarter, will continue to commit to strengthening the healthcare network for the sake of the people and the state of Selangor.
