Miranda Harumal

Miranda Harumal is a highly accomplished healthcare leader with over three decades of experience in hospital commissioning, administration, strategic planning and operational excellence. Her career spans patient services, marketing, business development and operations management, culminating in her current role as Chief Executive Officer.

Under her leadership, hospitals have successfully implemented innovative revenue- generating services, diversified income streams, and significantly enhanced profitability. She has guided three hospitals to achieve full accreditation from the Malaysian Society for Quality in Health (MSQH) and the Joint Commission International (JCI) Gold Seal in 2015, 2018 and 2023.

Miranda is recognised for her inclusive and empowering management style, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement with a focus on patient safety and healthcare quality. Her leadership has consistently driven transformation, growth and recognition at both national and international levels.

Datin Seri Dr. Nomee Ashikin Dato’ Mohammed Radzi

Datin Seri Dr. Nomee Ashikin is a renowned Consultant Paediatrician and Paediatric Cardiologist with more than 20 years of clinical experience. She graduated with honours from the University of St Andrews and the University of Manchester, United Kingdom, and completed her subspecialty training in Paediatric Cardiology at the National Heart Institute (IJN) Malaysia.

Her expertise spans intensive care for neonates and children, management of acute and chronic childhood diseases, paediatric cardiology assessments including echocardiography and treatment, as well as growth and development monitoring and holistic childhood immunisations.

Winner, Young Investigators Award and Best Oral Presentation at the Asia Pacific Congress of Paediatric Cardiology and Surgery
Gold Medal recipient for Anatomy, Physiology and Biochemistry

Community & Advocacy:
Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Nomee is a passionate advocate for community health. As Patron of several NGOs, including Perak Foodbank, she actively engages in public health initiatives and holistic childcare advocacy through talks and outreach programmes.

Academic & Research Contributions:
She has co-authored groundbreaking studies in Paediatric Cardiology, published in peer- reviewed journals, and spearheaded training programmes for doctors and healthcare professionals, including Advanced Paediatric Life Support workshops.
